Your first visit
Please plan to be on time. For many, massage is the ticket for a bit of rest and spiritual renewal. Arriving earlier helps you avoid stress caused by running late and allows you to unwind and clear your mind.
After your arrival, you will be asked to fill out the confidencial health intake form. The health intake form isn't meant to be intrusive. Your health history form allows us to tailor services to your health. Please understand that certain health conditions are not suitable for massage.
To save your time, you can download the health intake form
here. Then print, fill out and bring it to the office on the day of your appointment.
You will be welcome to the relaxing, calm and clean treatment room. I will leave the room to give you privacy to undress. Please undress until your level of comfort. Please remove all your jewely.
I will knock on the door before entering the treatment room. Let me know if you are ready (on the table, under the sheets.) Please let me know if the face rest is comfortable for you, and room temperature is warm enough.
During massage, please let me know if you are not comfortable, if pressure is too much or too soft, if you are not feeling well or if you need to go to the bathroom at any time.
After the massage, take your time to get up. You may be little dizzy from increased blood circulation. Please drink lots of water to flush out toxins.
